Terms of Service

By accessing or using GreenKollar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — candidates, employers, partners, and visitors.

GreenKollar is a job platform connecting job seekers with employers in the clean energy sector. We aggregate job listings from public ATS boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, and others) and allow employers to post directly. We are a platform, not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from using the Platform.

Eligibility — You must be at least 16 years old to create a candidate account. Accuracy — You are responsible for ensuring your profile, resume, and application information is accurate and up to date. Submitting false information may result in account termination. Applications — When you apply for a job through GreenKollar, your application data is shared with the relevant employer. We are not responsible for how employers handle your data after that point. Job alerts — If you opt in to job alerts, we will email you matching opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Accurate listings — You agree to post only genuine, open job roles. Fake or expired listings are a violation of these terms and will be removed. Candidate data — You may only use candidate application data for the purpose of evaluating that candidate for the role they applied to. You may not use it for marketing, selling, or any other purpose. ATS integration — If you use GreenKollar's ATS webhook, you are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share it or expose it in client-side code. Employer profile — Your company profile (name, description, sectors, location) is publicly visible. Sensitive fields (API keys, internal notes) are not.

You agree not to: - Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from GreenKollar without written permission - Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information - Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security measures - Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam) - Post job listings that are discriminatory, illegal, or misleading - Impersonate another person or organisation - Attempt to access another user's account or data - Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

When you submit salary information to our public benchmark database, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Salary data is displayed in anonymised, aggregated form. We reserve the right to exclude submissions that appear fraudulent or inconsistent.

All content on GreenKollar — including but not limited to the platform design, codebase, salary benchmarks, sector guides, and salary reports — is owned by Diyam AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Job listings sourced from third-party ATS boards remain the property of the respective employers.

The GreenKollar Clean Energy Salary Guide is provided for informational purposes only. The data is based on publicly available information and voluntary submissions. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the salary data. Do not rely solely on this guide for compensation decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenKollar and Diyam AI shall not be liable for: - Any loss of employment, income, or business opportunity - Inaccuracies in job listings sourced from third-party ATS boards - Actions taken by employers or candidates after connecting through the Platform - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or INR 1,000 if you have paid nothing).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@greenkollar.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saharanpur, India. If you are accessing the Platform from the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection or data protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
