Built for the workers building tomorrow
GreenKollar exists because the people who want to work in clean energy deserved a platform that takes them as seriously as the mission.
Our Mission
"To accelerate the transition to a sustainable future by connecting talent with purpose-driven organizations in the clean energy sector."
How we got here
A broken search for meaningful work
It started with a frustrating realization: clean energy was one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world, yet finding a job in it felt impossible. Generic job boards were flooded with noise. Sustainability roles were buried under unrelated listings. Talented people who wanted to work on climate couldn't find the companies that needed them most.
Green collar workers deserve their own platform
We noticed something the big job boards missed — clean energy has its own language. Solar, wind, EV infrastructure, hydrogen, energy storage. These aren't just keywords; they're entire career paths. Workers transitioning from oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction needed a place that understood their skills and where they could take them.
Scraping reality, not posting promises
Most job boards let employers post whatever they want and walk away. We took a different approach: pull live job data directly from company ATS boards — Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever — every single day. No outdated listings. No ghost jobs. If a role is on GreenKollar, it's real and it's open right now.
The home for the green collar workforce
GreenKollar now covers 9 clean energy sectors, thousands of live roles, and a growing community of job seekers who believe their career should be good for the planet too. We're just getting started — the clean energy workforce is projected to reach 10 million jobs in the US alone by 2030. We'll be here for every one of them.
What we stand for
Environmental Sustainability
Every hire we make accelerates the transition away from fossil fuels. That's our north star.
Measurable Impact
We track every placement and its downstream carbon impact. Numbers don't lie.
Equitable Opportunity
Clean energy careers should be accessible to all communities, not just coastal tech hubs.
Innovation First
We build with the same spirit as the sector we serve — always pushing for what's next.
