Learn more at icf.com.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead regulatory review across central and state developments affecting renewable energy and energy transition. </li><li>Oversee analysis of CERC/SERC orders and regulations (tariff, open access, DSM, grid code, connectivity) and synthesize implications. </li><li>Guide workstreams on energy storage, green hydrogen, biogas, small hydro and pumped storage, and relevant policy/regulatory reforms. </li><li>Prepare strategic recommendations and leadership briefs for decision-making. </li><li>Guide stakeholder engagement synthesis into actionable insights. </li><li>Ensure quality assurance of monthly reports, thematic insights, benchmarking scans, seminar summaries and repository outputs. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum qualifications: </strong>B.Tech in Engineering disciplines (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related) and MBA from a recognized institution (desirable: Master’s in engineering / MBA in Power Management).<br><br><strong>Minimum experience: </strong>Minimum 15 years of experience in the electricity sector with expertise in policy and regulatory affairs; proven leadership in regulatory analysis and policy advisory assignments. Experience of working in regulatory affairs with special emphasis on RE.
