Sr. Design Engineer – Rooftop Solar & BESS

<h2 style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">Role Objective</h2><div>The role is responsible for <strong>end-to-end rooftop solar and BESS detailed engineering</strong>, including site assessments, client and internal coordination, preparation of detailed designs, and compliance with grid codes and standards to support presales and project execution.</div><div><br></div><h2 style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2><h3 style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">1. Site Visits &amp; Client Coordination</h3><ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 1.5em; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Coordinate with clients for <strong>site visits</strong> as per proposal and detailed engineering requirements.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Plan and conduct site visits to collect <strong>roof, structural, and electrical data</strong> required for engineering.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Ensure accurate and complete site data collection for design and execution teams.</li></ul><h3 style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">2. Stakeholder &amp; People Coordination</h3><ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 1.5em; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Arrange and participate in <strong>client meetings</strong> along with the BD team for presales and post-sales support.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Coordinate with <strong>internal technical teams</strong> for data sharing and knowledge transfer.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Liaise with <strong>HSE and Asset Management teams</strong> for design approvals.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Coordinate with <strong>internal operations teams</strong> for smooth data and document handover.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;">Prepare <strong>weekly progress and update reports</strong> and present them to the Regional Manager.</li></ul><h3 style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">3.
