We are accelerating transition towards renewable energy sources worldwide by providing products that enable developers, investors, consultancies, suppliers, and governments across onshore wind, offshore wind, solar, storage and data centers to take smarter decisions, faster.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>As a Senior Associate </strong>working across our <strong>Engagement &amp; Advisory and Market Analysis</strong> teams, you join a cross-disciplinary area where your key focus is to support our clients across renewable energy technologies, grow entry-level clients to help them leverage the full value of our offerings, act as a trusted advisor on market and project-related matters, solving client needs across the energy industry while growing Aegir Insights’ recurring revenue.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Our aim is to secure revenue growth from new and existing clients by helping them leverage the full value of our offerings. Our starting point is providing complete and fresh analytics on global renewables projects and markets enriched through our techno-economic valuation model and with analyst opinions. Our clients are key stakeholders across industry segments and roles, including business development, project development, finance functions, and senior executives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your key tasks will be to:</strong></p><ul><li>Within our Engagement &amp; Advisory team: Be part of engagements with clients, providing strategic insights and new ideas on how clients can grow or reinforce their presence across renewable energy markets.</li><li>Within our Market Analysis team: Deliver subject matter expertise across markets and projects spanning wind, solar, storage and data centers for commercial-level guidance and decision making.</li><li>Based on sales triggers from clients, grow account value and increase retention, by helping clients leverage the full value of our offerings with a commercial aim.</li><li>Grow your knowledge base to become an energy expert sharing industry trends, competitive insights, and product roadmap with clients to drive continuous satisfaction.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>We imagine that you: </strong></p><ul><li>Have an educational background in management, finance, social science, engineering, or related field with excellent results</li><li>Bring 2-5 years of work experience from management consulting, business development, energy investment or perhaps another type of job that makes you just perfect for this position</li><li>It is an advantage that you have experience from driving deliveries and working in client-facing positions engaging with both working-level and senior stakeholders</li><li>It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience from the energy sector.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your competences include:</strong></p><ul><li>Very curious by nature spanning tools, new topics, work approaches including AI-native workflows</li><li>Excellent toolbox and problem-solving skills, and approach complex challenges with a can-do attitude</li><li>You have a solid quantitative and analytical mindset, and thrive with multiple workstreams and tight deadlines</li><li>Mastery of clear, top-down communication verbally and in writing of topics with high degree of complexity</li><li>Engaging and building relations with clients and other stakeholders on all levels, including C-suite.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Working at Aegir Insights</strong></p><p>Joining Aegir Insights means joining an international and dedicated team that moves with strategic intent on new ideas and enjoys learning new things.
