Project Manager (Field Manager)

<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Responsible of Managing the Site erection &amp; commissioning team &amp; activities</li><li>Should be a people manager and skills to manger E&amp;C team.</li><li>Responsible for Project execution (START to END exhibiting professional approach. (Both Technical &amp; contractual) including experience in Site Installation &amp; Commissioning of Water &amp; Wastewater projects. Through knowledge in water &amp; wastewater segment Understanding the technical/design part of WTP /WWTP &amp; STP with respect to mechanical, Electrical &amp;Instrumentation knowledge in planning / scheduling &amp; Finalizing Site contractor &amp; Site mobilization</li><li>Following all site safety norms. Visiting site at regular interval &amp; manage Installation &amp; commissioning trouble shooting etc..</li><li>Weekly reporting &amp; updates to stake holders &amp; ensure proper Knowledge of contract commercials aspects. Knowledge in handling Operation &amp; Maintenance of Water &amp; Wastewater projects. Able to manage the site &amp; customer and complete the activity within the time frame. Provide strong support to the Site execution team to create and maintain a united team. Effectively manage the resources to maximize their productive/successful site completion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal /external customers &amp; shall be a team player<br><br></li></ul><strong>Personal Qualities<br><br></strong>Should have Experience of around 15 years +<br><br>Must be dynamic, friendly, and like to work in a multinational environment.<br><br>Willingness to travel anywhere in IMEA &amp; Stay at site as per the requirement by company/ Project.<br><br>Area of posting (Region): Chennai.
