The role includes project planning, technical coordination, procurement follow-up, customer communication, cost control, scheduling, documentation management, and ensuring timely execution in compliance with company standards and customer requirements.<br><br>The Project Manager will coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, production, logistics, service teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution within budget and timeline.<br><br><strong>You Will Be Responsible For<br><br></strong><ul><li> Project Execution &amp; Coordination </li><li> Customer Communication </li><li> Procurement &amp; Supplier Coordination </li><li> Engineering &amp; Technical Support </li><li> Planning &amp; Scheduling </li><li> Commercial &amp; Cost Control </li><li> Documentation &amp; Reporting </li><li> Logistics &amp; Commissioning Support </li><li> Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance <br><br></li></ul><strong>Furthermore, We Imagine You Possess The Following Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li> Strong planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li> Ability to interpret engineering drawings including control panel schematics, VFD configurations, motor terminal box layouts, GA drawings, and P&amp;ID diagrams. </li><li> Knowledge of IEC motors, VFDs, MCC systems, and basic instrumentation interfaces. </li><li> Understanding of international standards (API, ISO, IEC, ASME) and project execution procedures. </li><li> Strong technical knowledge of centrifugal pumps and complete pumping systems. </li><li> PMP certified or strong understanding of PMP methodology (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement). <br><br></li></ul><strong> Your next opportunity starts here <br><br></strong>As someone who will join our project engineering team, we are looking for a professional who is a self-driven individual with a deep understanding of the entire field of project engineering.<br><br><strong>We Also Imagine That You<br><br></strong><ul><li> Have 5–10 years of experience in pump industry/project engineering/project management. </li><li> Have experience in handling industrial, marine, oil &amp; gas, water treatment, or process pump projects preferred. </li><li> Have experience with ERP systems such as Infor similar is an advantage. </li><li> Have experience with CRM/Salesforce </li><li> Holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. </li><li> PMP certification is an advantage. </li><li> Additional project management training preferred. <br><br></li></ul><strong> The perks of being at DESMI <br><br></strong>At DESMI, we want you to feel supported, valued and motivated.
