Project Cum Cost Analysist

margin-left: 1.5em;">Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Conduct <strong>project cost analysis</strong>, including budget tracking, actual vs. planned costs, and variance analysis.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Prepare regular project cost and progress reports for management review.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Provide analytical insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant teams for smooth project execution.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Apply <strong>technical knowledge of manufacturing operations</strong> to understand project requirements and operational challenges.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Support <strong>day-to-day plant operations</strong> wherever required to ensure continuity and effective execution of ongoing initiatives.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Track project activities, action items, dependencies, and pending deliverables.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Organize and coordinate <strong>project review meetings</strong> and ensure timely follow-up on action points.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Maintain proper project-related <strong>documentation, records, and document retention</strong> for future reference and audits.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations, and other reports related to project progress and costs.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Ensure effective <strong>team communication</strong> and coordination among all stakeholders.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Identify deviations in project scope, timelines, and costs and escalate critical issues to the concerned stakeholders.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Support management in evaluating project performance and making informed decisions based on data and analysis.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; padding-left: 1.5em; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;"><strong>Qualification:</strong> B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
