In this on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our office facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment for our employees.<br><br><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies and policies</li><li>Oversee daily operations of office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations</li><li>Manage and optimize building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services and projects</li><li>Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations</li><li>Implement and monitor energy management and sustainability initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards</li><li>Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments</li><li>Manage space planning and allocation to optimize office layout and functionality</li><li>Oversee security systems and emergency preparedness plans</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and concerns<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related role</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems</li><li>Experience in budget management and cost control</li><li>Strong project, vendor management and negotiation skills</li><li>In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements</li><li>Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or LEED AP are preferred</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Hoofddorp, Netherlands</li></ul>
