We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.<br><br><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Mechanical engineer with experience in working and maintenance of Upstream & Downstream rotary machines(Reciprocating/Centrifugal Compressors, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Blowers, Motor, Pumps, Generators etc).</li><li> Engineer shall be competent to review P&ID, instrument list, PFDs and data sheets.</li><li> Engineer shall be able to develop anomaly Report, understand Machine fault, provide possible causes & recommendation.</li><li> ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst.</li><li> Strong expertise in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis and thermal imaging.</li><li> Good knowledge in interpreting multi parameter data (vibration, process, seal etc)</li><li> Develop predictive maintenance strategies</li><li> Analyze trends to improve MTBF and reduce unplanned downtime.</li><li> Perform RCA for major breakdown.</li><li> Expert in data analytics tool.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Work Experience <br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Knowledge on working and maintenance procedures of upstream and downstream rotary machines(2+).</li><li> Familiarized with monitoring tools like System 1, AVEVA PRiSM, GE SmartSignal, Emerson AMS<br><br></li></ul>We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
