ACCIONA Energía is governed by the most demanding environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>ACCIONA Energia is seeking an Energy Markets Analyst to support both our Energy Markets (Trading) and Origination teams. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across two highly commercial functions, helping shape trading, portfolio and renewable energy contracting decisions in one of Australia's leading renewable energy businesses.</p><p><br></p><p>Working across both Trading and Origination, you'll help turn market data into commercial insights that support energy trading, portfolio optimisation and renewable energy contracting decisions.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Analyse wholesale electricity and renewable energy markets to identify risks and opportunities.</li><li>Support pricing and commercial assessments for PPAs, offtake agreements and structured energy products.</li><li>Extract and interpret market data from InfoServer and other market data sources.</li><li>Develop analytical models, dashboards and reporting that support trading and portfolio decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across Energy Markets, Origination and Development to achieve commercial outcomes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Competencies</strong></p><p>We're looking for someone with outstanding analytical skills who is eager to further develop their commercial acumen and brings a proactive and curious mindset.
