Samsung C&amp;T has long been active in the green energy business and continues to explore additional innovative renewable energy solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Melbourne or Sydney.<strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>About The Role</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Enlarge SCT’s potential Project pipeline and obtain EOI’s (or similar formal requests for participation) to expand the Company’s market presence in Australian Market</li><li>Establish annual &amp; longer-term business development plan for relevant industrial sectors including renewables, BESS, Gas power generation etc by collaborating with relevant business unit from HQ to achieve stretch targets opportunities</li><li>Establish well-structured relationship and liaison with relevant external stakeholders including potential client, developer, industrial partner, government agency and etc</li><li>Identify new clients and suitable Joint Venture (JV) partners for future opportunity</li><li>Keep informed with relevant market movements to capture appropriate opportunity for the Australian Office</li><li>Identify key market and industrial trends and report to the relevant reporting parties within the business to apply and reflect those changes on the comprehensive business development plan</li><li>Develop stakeholder engagement plan within each industry sectors for existing and potential clients/industrial partners aligned with business movement</li><li>Manage stakeholder relationship to take competitive position in the relevant industrial sector</li><li>Represent SCT for industry events, deliver key messages to esteemed relevant clients and partners</li><li>Take a stronger position to speak up SCT’s market presence by addressing capability and strength</li><li>Lead process of Expression of Interest (EOI) by collaborating with internal stakeholders including Australia Office, HQ and etc</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>About You</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>10 to 15 years experience in Renewable Energy Market in Australia, preferably from Tier 1 or 2 contractor side</li><li>Technical knowledge or skills in Electrical Engineering preferred</li><li>Self-driven mindset, strategic &amp; analytical background</li><li>Work well under pressure</li><li>Collaboration skill in multi-disciplinary organisation</li><li>Proven leadership and presentation skill</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Samsung C&amp;T Corporation is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.</p><p><br></p>
