The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the complete video production process from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality content optimized for social media and performance marketing.</div><h2 style="margin-top: 0px; margin-left: 1.5em;">Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other digital platforms.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Edit videos for performance marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, product launches, testimonials, corporate films, event coverage, and brand campaigns.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Produce short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound design.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Handle camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Ensure consistency in brand identity across all content.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and content formats.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Midjourney.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em; margin-left: 1.5em;">Experience creating social media-first content and performance marketing creatives.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5em;
