This role focuses on maintaining high equipment availability for production while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization. By leveraging SAP-PM tools and implementing best practices, the Shift Engineer contributes to the overall operational excellence and productivity of the cluster.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Stabilization of MSEL Module Line:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Measure improvements in SQPDCME projects to enhance the stability of the module line. Ensure completed projects contribute to minimizing operational disruptions.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Team Building<br><br></strong><ul><li>Track the number of capability enhancement initiatives to develop a skilled workforce. Focus on fostering teamwork and improving engagement among team members.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Spare Management &amp; SAP-PM Utilization<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assess the percentage of effective SAP-PM utilization in spare management. Optimize inventory levels to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Availability Of Equipment For Production<br><br></strong><ul><li>Measure the percentage availability of equipment at the MSEL Module line. Identify factors affecting downtime to ensure consistent production capability.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Organization Development &amp; Sustainability<br><br></strong><ul><li>Monitor milestones achieved in adherence to the Adani Business Excellence Model.
