With an embedded culture of diversity and team spirit, Eden Renewables India is striving to get the most-suited working environment for each individual to grow and achieve their full potential within the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About us:</strong></p><p>Incorporated in 2016 as a Joint-Venture between TotalEnergies and EDF power solutions, Eden Renewables India has been developing, engineering, financing, constructing, and operating over 2 GW of solar PV assets in India.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key roles and responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Look after the site EPC contractor based on the HSE contract signed with EPC.</p><p>• Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.</p><p>• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.</p><p>• Familiarization of HSE systems and inculcate the importance of HSE procedures/protocols for the site.</p><p>• Assists the Project team in all issues concerned with HSE at work of the contractors.</p><p>• Conducts safety audits both internal and external.</p><p>• Assists in accident, incident investigation procedure.</p><p>• Carries out analysis of accident, incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.</p><p>• Provides technical support to Senior Management on safety related subjects.</p><p>• Carries out and provide an in-house safety training by preparation of training module.</p><p>• Regular follow-up with EPC contractors on safety measures and its implementation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills, and Experience</strong></p><p>• B. Tech – Electronics and Electrical Engineering</p><p>• Post Graduate Diploma or Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environment post B.Tech.</p><p>• Electrical Safety Certificate Course, if any.</p><p>• ISO 45001 &amp; ISO 14001 certified.</p><p>• Relevant experience in solar/renewables industries.</p><p>• Ability to work in a fast-growing Company and align with Company’s initiatives;</p><p>• Independent, hands-on, and driven with the aptitude and attitude to learn, embrace and adapt to changes;</p><p>• Dedication to the transaction/ projects you are handling, with a problem-solving approach and ability to work with relevant</p><p>stakeholders to drive successful completion of transactions/ projects;</p><p>• Creative and Analytical thinking skills</p><p>• Good knowledge of data analysis and tools like Excel, MS Projects, Power Point etc.</p><p>• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Preferences</strong></p><p>• NEBOSH IGC</p><p>• RLI or CLI</p>
