Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple financial institutions/banks, including multilaterals, DFI’s, Indian / Foreign banks etc Effective interpersonal skills for communicating with the management Preparation of Information Memorandum, financial model, draft terms, pitch books and other information, as may be required by lenders/investors for their assessment. Engagement with legal counsel, tax counsel, technical consultants, insurance advisors and other project stakeholders Perform due diligence, research, analysis, term sheet negotiation and documentation, with attention to detail Portfolio Management for both corporate debt and project finance Developing good understanding of macro environment of the power sector specifically renewable energy space, market players Competitor analysis, benchmarking with peers, data collection on transactions undertaken by market players and its analysis Post disbursement monitoring and compliance Desired Experience and Skills/Competencies: CA / MBA Finance with around 10 years of experience in fund raising High Financial acumen and attentive to details. Preference towards prior experience in domestic/international fund raising in infrastructure sector Stakeholder management, Financial Modelling, Information memorandum and MIS
